- Oversee the hiring, development, and management of a sales team
- Responsible for weekly sales forecasting of sales team performance
- Establish sales training and sales incentive programs
- Drive and innovate the development of sales strategies with the team
- Work closely with marketing to develop and execute lead programs
- Develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies and programs
- Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
- Develop pricing policies for high profile customers and channel partners
- Provide sales consultation to executive level customers and partners
- Work collaboratively across BUs to create a result driven, team oriented environment
- Develop and negotiate software and/or services sales contracts
- Drive ongoing solutions training and education to the field

- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- 5+ years of experience in a people management capacity
- Highly consultative sales background with superb communication skills
- Experience and credibility selling to the C level
- Ability to build strong and continuous partner relationships

Role Overview
- The Regional Director – Saudi Arabia is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within an assigned region.
- This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and mentoring a high performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
About the Role
- Oversee the hiring, development, and management of a sales team.
