Overview
- Regional leadership role selling a global luxury health and longevity ecosystem
- Represent a highly credible business at the intersection of luxury & wellness
About Our Client
A globally established, science led luxury health and wellbeing platform, operating at the very top end of the UHNW market.
The business brings together preventative health expertise, performance optimisation and refined luxury delivery to serve a highly sophisticated, internationally mobile client base.
With a strong international foundation and a long-term growth vision, the group is selectively expanding its destination-led offering, building a scalable global ecosystem rather than a single hospitality asset.
This creates a rare opportunity to represent a high-integrity platform at the intersection of health, longevity and luxury, without the volatility of early-stage or purely lifestyle-led concepts.
Job Description
- Own and drive UHNW client acquisition and revenue growth across the Middle East, managing a highly discreet portfolio of high-value private clients based in the region.
- Build, manage and nurture long-term relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices, private banks, luxury intermediaries and referral partners to create a consistent pipeline of qualified business.
- Operate as the senior commercial representative for the region, personally engaging with clients and partners and acting as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional seller.
- Deliver outbound revenue from Middle East-based clients to a global portfolio of international destinations and programmes, ensuring strong conversion and repeat visitation.
- Create and execute regional sales plans and account strategies aligned with global commercial priorities, translating broader objectives into clear, actionable activity.
- Run end-to-end sales processes, from initial relationship development through to conversion, repeat engagement and lifetime value growth.
- Manage and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, forecasting activity and performance while ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity within CRM systems.
- Represent the brand at private events, curated experiences and high-profile client engagements, consistently upholding the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.
- Monitor and interpret market trends, client behaviours and competitive activity within the UHNW luxury and wellbeing space, feeding insight back into global commercial teams.
The Successful Applicant
- The successful candidate will be a senior commercial and relationship led professional with a strong track record managing UHNW clients in the Middle East, gained within luxury hospitality, private aviation, UHNW private banking, lifestyle services or similarly high-touch environments.
- They will bring proven experience personally originating and closing high-value business, building long-term client relationships and operating with discretion at the most senior levels. A well-developed regional network across UHNW individuals, family offices and referral partners is essential, alongside the credibility and confidence to engage one-to-one with highly sophisticated clients.
- The individual will be highly commercial, hands-on and self-directed, comfortable owning revenue outcomes rather than operating in a purely strategic or managerial capacity. They will combine polish and presence with intellectual curiosity, able to articulate complex health and wellbeing propositions in a clear, compelling and credible way.
- Strong communication skills, cultural fluency across the Middle East and an exceptional standard of personal presentation are critical, as this role requires acting as a senior brand representative in private, high-profile settings. A collaborative mindset, disciplined approach to pipeline management and the maturity to operate within a discreet, globally aligned organisation will be key to long-term success in the role.
- What's on Offer
- Competitive package with benefits.
