Role Overview
- Lead all aspects of the online product experience to ensure optimal availability, visibility, and conversion of the IKEA online range.
- Analyze online shopping behavior to enhance customer journey and improve the digital buying process based on trends and feedback.
- Contribute to optimizing the range offer in collaboration with Sales Leaders and ensure correct fulfillment and forecasting at the product level.
