Overview

We are hiring:

Regional Brand Planning Specialist – Middle East & Africa

We are looking for a strategic and creative branding professional to lead regional brand planning, execution, and performance tracking across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and user insights analysis to understand target audience values and brand perception shifts
  • Translate global brand strategy into regional (MEA) annual brand promotion plans
  • Plan and execute regional brand campaigns including product launches, brand events, exhibitions, and key IP collaborations
  • Collaborate closely with HQ brand teams to ensure alignment with global brand direction
  • Drive brand localization strategy ensuring compliance with regional laws, regulations, and cultural norms
  • Maintain and enforce brand VI guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Manage budgets for branding initiatives and evaluate ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics including awareness, preference, and loyalty
  • Build and manage regional digital brand platforms including website and social media channels (Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 3+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields
  • Degree in Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related discipline preferred
  • Strong English communication and writing skills
  • Strong Arabic communication and writing skills
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred, with solid understanding of industry fundamentals
  • Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
  • Strong project planning and management abilities preferred
  • Prior experience with automotive OEMs such as Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, or Nissan is a strong advantage
