Regional Brand Manager

Company and Role Context

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional innovation projects as project manager, overseeing category assortment and regional marketing plan execution.
• Collaborate with global and regional R&D teams to build the regional innovation product pipeline and independently manage specialty projects.
• Drive regional growth and profitability through product portfolio management and market opportunity identification.
• Execute product launches, relaunches, and innovation initiatives in line with marketing strategies and customer needs.
• Coordinate Sales, Technical Services, R&D, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor product usage, customer feedback, pricing, market positioning, profitability, return on investment, and brand consistency.
• Support local sales and marketing teams by sharing best practices and enabling broader use of product variations.
• Deliver product knowledge support and conduct training sessions for regional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in brand management, product management, marketing, or innovation.
• Experience in industrial, building materials, or B2B sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international standards and specifications such as ISO, ASTM, NACE, SSPC, and API.
• Experience in heat-resistant and tank-lining coatings is advantageous.
• Strong project management, analytical, and commercial capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders across diverse cultures and markets.
