Role overview
This is a pure business development position focused on winning new clients and generating new business opportunities.
The role requires resilience, commercial awareness, integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new clients across the sectors supported by the company.
- Generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their recruitment needs.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to develop new business.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on recruitment services.
- Develop long-term client relationships while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed revenue targets and business development KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Candidates must have at least 5 years of proven sales and business development experience.
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience within the UAE.
- Candidates must currently be based in Dubai.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are required.
- Recruitment industry experience is preferred.
