An interior design company is hiring an Associate Creative Director based in Dubai.
The role supports creative leadership and maintains design standards across luxury residential projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Creative Director in maintaining the overall creative vision and design standards.
- Review and approve design concepts and project deliverables while providing creative direction and feedback.
- Oversee design quality across luxury residential projects, particularly for VIP clients.
- Balance regional influences with European and UK design aesthetics.
- Guide the design team and ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement across design and FF&E.
- Escalate key creative or project risks to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience with luxury projects and VIP clients.
- Understanding of Arabic and European design styles.
- Strong creative judgment and ability to review, challenge, and develop design concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
