- Own solution design for customer pursuits, capturing core data and assumptions
- Develop detailed designs, process flows, operating models, cost estimates, and pricing
- Provide engineering solutions and visualizations for RFQ technical responses
- Guide solution design teams on new business opportunities
- Analyze RFP and define bid strategy with commercial strategy
- Set RFQ response schedule and engage stakeholders to ensure timely bid completion
- Gather market and target prices, participate in contract negotiations
- Develop project implementation charter with operational readiness KPIs
- Drive regional preparation and setup including resource management and platform readiness
- Convene project implementation team and manage steering committees
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in MPL solution design
- Highly experienced in designing solutions for core MPL verticals
- Exposure to MPL or logistics operations including implementation
- Innovative in reaching conclusions based on limited data
- Extensive technical and product knowledge including solution design and pricing
- Experience in customer facing engagements and presentations
- Strong ability to facilitate cross functional decision making
- Strong communication skills

Role Overview
- Lead MPL Solution Design for customer pursuits requiring advanced engineering knowhow.
