Rectification Controller B Shift

Requirements

• Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship (including a City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 or equivalent ), ideally in Aeronautical Engineering and / or a recognised Engineering Degree from either aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic or other studies relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft Requires a minimum of 2 years working at Supervisor level prior to undertaking this role
• On the Job Training Instructional Techniques
• 5 years practical experience applying aviation safety standards and operating practices. 2 years relevant work experience as an operator within the aircraft maintenance component environment. Demonstrating breadth of experience, currency & recency via a Log Book capturing skills, knowledge and authorities for working on Aircraft or in bays. 6 months experience on type (in the last two years). A comprehensive knowledge of Acceptable Means of Compliance. Management training Typhoon Avionic or Mechanical Trade ‘Q’ Course or equivalent
