Business Development Manager

Requirements

• · Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• · Demonstrable experience in B2B business development, consultative sales or account development, with evidence of personally identifying, developing and progressing new business opportunities.
• · Demonstrable experience building relationships with senior customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• · Willingness and ability to maintain an active external presence through customer meetings, networking and industry engagement.
• · Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into commercially viable solutions.
• · Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• · Good analytical skills, ability to interpret data and problem-solving abilities
• · Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• · Good organizational and time management skills
• · Ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• · Knowledge of industry best practices and current marketing trends
• · Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• · Deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
