About the Role
ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to lead the recruitment team in Doha. The role requires 5+ years of recruitment experience, 2+ years in a supervisory role, fluency in Arabic, and strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment law.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the recruitment team to manage full cycle recruitment processes
- Lead and manage the end to end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring aligned with workforce plans and business needs
- Supervise and coach the recruitment team, ensuring productivity, quality of hires, and adherence to SLAs
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, and partnerships)
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time to hire, cost per hire, and hiring conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with operations and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce demands
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding
- Conduct interviews for key positions and support the team in screening and selection processes
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards, providing insights and forecasts to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal recruitment standards
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high quality candidates and enhance the organization’s market presence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in recruitment and onboarding
- Minimum 2+ years leadership/supervisory/management experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment law compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills, ability to meet deadlines, experience carrying a requisition load of 20+ openings
- Understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data to improve recruitment strategies
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and conversation
- Fluency in Arabic is Mandatory
