About the Role

  • Housess Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Specialist to lead the acquisition of top tier real estate talent across Dubai and the UAE.
  • This is not a volume recruitment role. We believe in quality over quantity.
  • The successful candidate will focus on attracting experienced, driven, and culturally aligned real estate professionals.
  • In addition to recruitment, the Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in strengthening Housess Real Estate's employer brand through social media and recruitment focused content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and recruit high calibre real estate agents and brokers.
  • Proactively headhunt top performing agents from competing brokerages.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
  • Evaluate candidates based on experience, track record, professionalism, cultural fit, and growth potential.
  • Coordinate interviews with management and department leaders.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Create recruitment focused content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Showcase company culture, agent success stories, office life, events, training sessions, and achievements.
  • Coordinate and film agent interviews, testimonials, onboarding content, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Assist in positioning Housess Real Estate as one of Dubai's most desirable real estate companies to work for.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or real estate experience.
  • Experience within the Dubai real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience recruiting real estate agents is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
  • Confident in headhunting and direct outreach.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and coordinating video content.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for branding and storytelling.
  • Highly organized, self motivated, and target driven.

  • Quality of hires made.
  • Agent retention rate.
  • Number of successful hires per month.
  • Interview to hire conversion rate.
  • Recruitment pipeline growth.
  • Social media recruitment content produced.
  • Recruitment campaign performance and candidate engagement.
