Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Dubai real estate leasing experience
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management position
- Strong understanding of Dubai leasing regulations and market dynamics
- Proven track record of building and managing successful leasing teams

About the Role
- Housess Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results driven Leasing Manager to lead, develop, and scale our leasing division.
- The Leasing Manager will be responsible for the complete 360 degree management of the leasing department, including recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, business development, and revenue generation.
- This is a leadership role requiring someone who can build a high performing leasing team from the ground up while maintaining strong market knowledge and operational excellence.
- The successful candidate will be expected to establish a structured leasing operation, create specialist leasing teams across multiple communities and market segments, and ensure consistent growth in both team performance and leasing transactions.
