About the Role

  • Housess Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and results driven Digital Marketing Specialist to generate high quality leads, increase brand visibility, and drive qualified traffic across digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate is a performance focused marketer who understands how to leverage Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, SEO, and content creation to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Implement retargeting and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Develop lead funnels and landing page strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Drive targeted traffic to the company website through paid and organic channels.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure lead quality aligns with business objectives.
  • Optimize user journeys and conversion pathways across all digital assets.
  • Execute on page and off page SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and landing pages.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Email Marketing Platforms, and Canva.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads through digital channels.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Experience within real estate, property development, or luxury brands (preferred).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with landing page builders and marketing automation tools (preferred).
  • Basic video editing skills for social media content (preferred).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Cost per lead (CPL).
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Website traffic growth.
  • Organic search ranking improvements.
  • Lead to meeting conversion rate.
  • Email campaign engagement metrics.
  • Contribution to overall company revenue.
