Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment for multiple concurrent vacancies from job posting through offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring a strong and diverse pipeline
- Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy tracking
- Ensure recruitment activity complies with Qatar labour law and BV internal policy
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, particularly within the oil and gas sector
- Provide regular pipeline updates and reporting to HR and business stakeholders
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Requirements
- 3 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in house or agency
- Proven experience recruiting within the oil and gas market sector
- Prior recruitment experience in the Qatar market is essential
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with Qatar labour law and local hiring practices
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred

About The Role
- Bureau Veritas Qatar is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Doha.
- The successful candidate will manage end to end recruitment across multiple business lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment for multiple concurrent vacancies, from job posting through offer and onboarding.

Requirements

- Proactive, self starting approach with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Qatar labour law and local hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
