Position Overview

In-house Recruitment Specialist responsible for internal recruitment in the UAE.

The role focuses primarily on recruiting talent for business, sales, customer service, and operations functions.

The position may be offered full-time or part-time depending on experience, availability, and suitability.

The recruiter will work directly with management rather than operating as an agency recruiter.

Role Context

  • The recruitment function is based in the UAE and reports to the General Manager.
  • The successful candidate is expected to work independently with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand manpower requirements and develop recruitment specifications.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networks, referrals, databases, and other channels.
  • Conduct headhunting, CV screening, initial interviews, candidate assessment, and shortlisting.
  • Coordinate interviews, obtain feedback, and manage offers and joining processes with HR.
  • Maintain recruitment pipelines, talent databases, talent pools, reports, and vacancy follow-through.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional standards throughout recruitment activities.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on recruitment experience in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Proven experience recruiting business, sales, customer service, and operations professionals.
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong UAE recruitment experience and an established Dubai professional network are preferred.

Performance Expectations

Demonstrate consistent candidate sourcing activity and prioritize quality candidates over CV volume.

Respond quickly to internal recruitment requirements and support strong interview-to-selection conversion.

Achieve effective offer acceptance, joining, vacancy closure, and employee retention outcomes.

Develop a strong internal talent pipeline with reliable follow-up and accountability.

Compensation

  • Full-time compensation is AED 4,000–5,000 per month plus applicable benefits.
  • Part-time compensation is mutually agreed based on experience, working arrangement, and expected deliverables.
  • Performance-based incentives may be considered for exceptional recruitment results.

Application Information

  • Applicants are asked to provide their CV, previously recruited positions, typical monthly successful hires, current or last salary, expected remuneration, availability, and full-time or part-time preference.
