Role Overview
The Career Consultant, also described as a Sales Consultant, drives individual sales targets for Cambridge retail training programs.
The role focuses on proactive outreach, effective communication, and guiding prospects toward enrollment by explaining the value and career impact of training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets for Cambridge retail training programs.
- Conduct cold calls and promote training programs primarily through tele-calling.
- Generate leads through various channels and record client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, policies, and campaigns.
- Drive sales growth and profitability while implementing client retention strategies.
- Use structured sales scripts to influence purchasing decisions and support team sales initiatives.
- Maintain professional communication standards and forecast and analyze sales performance.
- Address customer concerns, resolve grievances, and ensure services meet ISO quality standards.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of industry experience in a reputed organization.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent communication and voice modulation skills.
- Strong tele-sales experience and networking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Passion for education and career development.

Compensation
- The stated salary range is AED 3,500–4,000 per month.
