Role Overview
The Career Consultant, also described as a Sales Consultant, drives individual sales targets for Cambridge retail training programs.
The role uses proactive outreach and effective communication to guide prospects toward enrollment by explaining the value and career impact of training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and conduct cold calls to prospective clients.
- Promote and sell training programs primarily through tele-calling.
- Record client interactions and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
- Generate leads through various channels and stay updated on offerings, pricing, policies, and campaigns.
- Drive sales growth, implement client retention strategies, and influence purchasing decisions using structured sales scripts.
- Support team sales initiatives, maintain professional communication standards, and analyze sales performance.
- Address customer concerns, resolve grievances, and ensure services meet ISO quality standards.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of industry experience in a reputed organization.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and voice modulation skills.
- Strong tele-sales experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong networking abilities.
- Passion for education and career development.
