Recruitment Specialist

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements from management and department heads.
• Develop recruitment specifications for each position.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Conduct direct sourcing, headhunting, CV screening, and initial interviews.
• Assess candidates and present suitable shortlists to management.
• Coordinate interviews, obtain feedback, and manage offers and joining processes with HR.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines, talent databases, talent pools, and management reports.
• Ensure vacancies reach successful closure while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Ideal Candidate

• The employer seeks an experienced, proactive, well-connected, target-oriented, persistent, commercially aware, and communicative recruiter.
• The candidate should independently identify, approach, assess, and successfully hire suitable people.
• Candidates with strong UAE recruitment experience and an established Dubai professional network are preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on recruitment experience in Dubai or the UAE.
• Proven experience recruiting business, sales, customer service, and operations professionals.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Compensation

• Full-time compensation is AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month plus applicable benefits.
• Part-time compensation is to be mutually agreed based on experience, working arrangement, and expected deliverables.
• Performance-based incentives may be considered for exceptional recruitment results.

Location

• The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
• The position is an in-house recruitment role rather than an agency recruitment role.
