Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, administrative, and construction or site positions.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interviews with department heads and management.
Prepare offer letters, employment documents, and joining documentation.
Manage and coordinate the complete employee onboarding process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower requirements, interview records, hiring reports, employee files, and HR records.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR matters.
Assist with probation evaluations, performance reviews, disciplinary documentation, warning letters, and other employee processes.
Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and employee movements.
Support HR management with daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
Follow up on pending recruitment and HR activities and support employee relations.
Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and UAE Labour Law.

At least four years of UAE experience in HR, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.
Arabic-speaking ability is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding.
Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
Experience recruiting construction, engineering, technical, and site-based positions is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR documentation and employee records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
