Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners
- Ensure vacancies are filled within the required timelines
- Support bulk recruitment requirements based on operational needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of recruitment/HR experience in the UAE
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience in bulk recruitment and manpower/labor supply industry is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of the UAE recruitment market
- Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other channels
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets within deadlines
- Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
