The successful candidate will independently manage the complete recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing through joining.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements.
- Conduct reference and document checks when required.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and build a talent pool for current and future vacancies.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates to management.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
