Job Summary
The employer is seeking a professional and results-driven Catering Sales Executive.
The role generates new business, develops client relationships, increases catering revenue, and converts inquiries into confirmed bookings.
The role works closely with operations and culinary teams to support successful event delivery.
Sales and Business Development
- Generate new catering business through prospecting, networking, referrals, calls, visits, and other sales activities.
- Identify corporate and private clients and develop opportunities with companies, offices, event planners, venues, schools, organizations, and partners.
- Handle inquiries and understand event type, guest numbers, menus, budgets, locations, dates, and service expectations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, menus, and packages and follow up to maximize booking conversion.
- Negotiate packages and commercial terms within approved guidelines and achieve sales and revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build relationships with new and existing clients and act as the main commercial point of contact.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, tastings, and site visits when required.
