The employer is hiring an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor for its E-Commerce Division in Qatar.
The role oversees e-commerce store and warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory, delivery coordination, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily e-commerce store and warehouse operations.
- Manage online orders and ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery activities.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Receive, store, and handle products properly.
- Supervise staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Monitor order accuracy and reduce picking and packing errors.
- Coordinate with e-commerce, purchasing, sales, and delivery teams.
- Handle stock discrepancies, damaged items, returns, and replacements.
- Maintain housekeeping, organization, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational and inventory reports.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, E-Commerce Store Supervisor, or similar role.
- E-commerce operations and online order fulfillment experience is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management is required.
- Experience supervising and managing a team is required.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with inventory or order management systems are required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and English communication skills are required.
- The candidate must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Qatar experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 2–4 years of relevant store, warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or online retail experience is required.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 4,000–QAR 5,000 per month.
