A confidential company in Doha seeks a Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will develop sourcing plans, screen candidates, prepare offers, and coordinate with hiring managers.

- Develops and implements a recruitment and selection strategy to attract and hire quality candidates
- Supports the Senior Recruitment Specialist and Head of HR with development of annual manpower plan
- Works with hiring managers to prepare detailed sourcing plan in accordance with approved organization structure vacancies
- Ensures smooth running of end to end recruitment process from CV screening to candidate on boarding
- Prepares employment job offers, agreements, work contracts, and other recruitment documentation
- Engages recruitment agencies as required, ensuring they are fully briefed on search role requirements
- Provides regular updates on recruitment cases to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Prepares and submits reports about recruitment activities to management as required
- Supports management with development and update of employee job descriptions
- Ensures comprehensive recruitment candidate databases are accurately maintained and regularly updated
- Coordinates with Senior Recruitment Specialist to address recruitment related matters
- Understands key aspects of labor law and keeps up to date with developments in employment legislation
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role
- Good knowledge of Qatari labor law desirable
- Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter License
- Advanced MS Office and ERP skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and DAX)
- Active and passive sourcing of candidates
- CBI interviewing knowledge

Role Overview
- The Recruitment Officer works closely with the Senior Recruitment Specialist to formulate and implement plans for meeting the company's manpower requirements.
