Job Objective
- Responsible for the full resourcing life cycle within assigned business area.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, business leaders and candidates.
- Delivers an ethical and customer focused resourcing service.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for managing resourcing delivery for a particular function/specialism/business area.
- High and effective utilization of available talent attraction and engagement tools.
- Actively and professionally promotes vacancies and employer brand.
- Accurately match candidate skills with role requirements.
- Identify and recommend most effective assessment method.
- Guide Hiring Managers through a structured interview process.
- Strong influencer, ability to influence candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain open and proactive lines of candidate communication.
- Provides timely and detailed feedback to candidates.
- Collate relevant market data to support talent planning initiatives.
- Manages vacancy through ATS.
- Comply with all company and legislative data protection requirements.
