Job Objective
- Responsible for full resourcing life cycle including talent planning, sourcing, engagement, screening, assessment and hiring
- Serve as trusted advisor to hiring managers, business leaders and candidates
- Deliver ethical and customer focused resourcing service
Responsibilities
- Manage resourcing delivery for a function/specialism/business area
- Utilize talent attraction and engagement tools to identify candidates
- Promote vacancies and employer brand via media channels
- Match candidate skills with role requirements
- Recommend assessment methods and guide hiring managers
- Influence candidates throughout hiring process
- Maintain open candidate communication and provide feedback
- Collate market data for talent planning
- Manage vacancy through ATS
- Comply with data protection requirements
- Facilitate candidate movement through process
- Provide feedback on resourcing process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years recruitment experience required
- English proficiency required
Compensation
- Salary: AED 4,000 AED 5,000 per month
