Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Recruitment Manager role based in Dubai.
  • Oversee the end to end hiring process for real estate and support positions, including workforce planning, role scoping, and creating accurate, engaging job descriptions.
  • Source and attract candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines, manage candidate communication, and ensure a positive, inclusive experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Develop recruitment strategies, track hiring metrics, partner with leadership on headcount needs, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full cycle recruitment, ideally within real estate, property, or high growth sales environments.
  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with the ability to assess both skills and culture add.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and other digital recruitment tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and professional networks within the UAE and broader Middle East market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills when partnering with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, equal opportunity standards, and relevant UAE labor regulations.
  • Proactive, data informed approach to recruitment, including tracking and interpreting key hiring metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages commonly used in the region are a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to building an inclusive, welcoming environment for diverse real estate talent.
