Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients and manage property listings
- Conduct property viewings for residential and commercial units
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
- Prepare and review contracts, and facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Maintain up to date knowledge of local market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Deliver high standards of customer service
- Build long term relationships and grow client portfolio
Requirements
- Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred
- Fluent in English
- Must speak at least one additional language (French, Russian, Persian, Turkish, Chinese, German, or Arabic)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Self motivated with a passion for achieving targets
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License and thorough understanding of Real Property regulations
- Proven experience in Real Estate, including property listing, marketing, and transaction coordination
- Solid knowledge of the Dubai and wider UAE real estate market

Role Description
- Full time, on site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai
- Actively prospect for new clients, manage property listings, and conduct property viewings

Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License and thorough understanding of Real Property regulations
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Real Estate, including property listing, marketing, and transaction coordination
- Demonstrated Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English; additional languages an advantage
- Solid knowledge of the Dubai and wider UAE real estate market
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple listings and clients simultaneously
- Preferred: Prior experience in a real estate brokerage environment and familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
