About the Role
ANW Real Estate is hiring a full-time, on-site Real Estate Specialist in Dubai to manage property portfolios, advise clients, and drive sales. The role requires experience in Dubai real estate, fluency in English, and at least one additional language.

Responsibilities
- Manage a personal portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including listing, marketing, and conducting property viewings
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and financing options
- Negotiate offers, prepare documentation, and guide clients through the full transaction process
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate property listings, timely updates, and compliance with local regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred
- Fluent in English
- Must speak at least one additional language: French, Russian, Persian (Farsi), Turkish, Chinese, German, or Arabic
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Self motivated with a passion for achieving targets
