- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across various functions
- Manage recruitment for mid level, senior, and head level positions
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, offer management, and onboarding activities
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and hiring metrics
- Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices within the UAE
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment within the UAE is essential
- Strong experience hiring for mid management, senior, and leadership level roles
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Quick learner with ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Overview
- Our client is a well established manufacturing company based in Sharjah looking to hire a proactive and driven Recruitment Executive to join their HR team.
- Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys end to end recruitment, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is passionate about attracting high calibre talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across various functions.
- Manage recruitment for mid level, senior, and head level positions.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, offer management, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
