Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE labor regulations
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and ATS data
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events when required
Requirements
- Experience in end to end recruitment, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of the UAE job market
- Ability to source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking
- Experience in screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting candidates
- Ability to coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback
