Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Attend meetings, record accurate minutes, and track action items for follow up.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and official communications in both Arabic and English.
  • Translate documents, presentations, and communications between Arabic and English as required.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely responses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation with a high degree of discretion.
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
