- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Attend meetings, record accurate minutes, and track action items for follow up
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and official communications in both Arabic and English
- Translate documents, presentations, and communications between Arabic and English as required
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely responses
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation with a high degree of discretion
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in executive support or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
