- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and prepare purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor procurement schedules, update status, and report delays to project team/management
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy
- Maintain supplier database and track vendor performance
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budget
- Manage and control procurement documents, correspondence, submittals, and approvals
- Maintain accurate logs for incoming and outgoing documents
- Ensure proper filing of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier related documents
- Distribute controlled copies of procurement documents to relevant departments
- Track revisions, maintain version control, and ensure obsolete documents are removed
- Assist project with documentation during audits, inspections, and handover
Requirements
- Experience in procurement and supplier management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records
