Our Client

  • Our client is a growing organization that places significant importance on attracting and retaining talented professionals.
  • As part of its continued expansion, the company is looking to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator to support its talent acquisition activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The Role

  • The Recruitment Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, managing recruitment administration, and ensuring candidates progress efficiently through the recruitment process.
  • The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters while maintaining a professional and engaging recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage interview schedules and calendar invitations.
  • Prepare recruitment documentation and candidate records.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems with accurate information.
  • Support job advertisement posting across recruitment platforms.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks where required.
  • Prepare offer documentation and onboarding schedules.
  • Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
  • Maintain confidentiality throughout all recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of recruitment coordination or HR experience.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • English fluency is essential; Arabic would be beneficial.
