Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment coordination or HR experience
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- English fluency essential; Arabic beneficial
