Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive business development and relationship building
- Manage the full recruitment process from client brief through to successful placement
- Meet clients and candidates face to face to build meaningful, long term relationships
- Understand client challenges and provide consultative recruitment solutions
- Conduct thorough, competency based candidate interviews and assessments
- Manage recruitment processes with accuracy, structure, and attention to detail
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates within specialist markets (HR, Procurement, Emiratisation)
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share market intelligence and deliver outstanding results
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and service throughout every interaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment environment within the region
- Successful track record in business development and client acquisition
- Strong consultative sales and relationship building skills
- Structured, disciplined, and methodical approach to managing workload and recruitment processes
- Confidence to meet clients and candidates regularly and represent the business professionally
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Strong organisational and planning abilities
- Resilient mindset with determination to consistently deliver results
- High level of energy, positivity, and personal accountability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

The Role
