- Define and lead the digital transformation strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and growth plans
- Drive large scale transformation programs across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance, procurement, and corporate functions
- Lead the implementation, optimisation, and adoption of ERP, ensuring maximum business value and operational efficiency
- Partner with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital innovation
- Establish transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery
- Lead cross functional teams and external partners to deliver complex transformation initiatives on time and within budget
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data driven decision making across the organisation
- Ensure effective change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption throughout the transformation journey
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading large scale digital transformation or enterprise transformation programs
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations or transformation initiatives
- Strong background within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, production, or supply chain driven environments
- Deep understanding of business process transformation across finance, procurement, operations, and supply chain functions
- Experience managing executive stakeholders, steering committees, and large transformation budgets
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver business value through technology, process optimisation, and organisational change
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline

Overview
- We are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major business and technology transformation and are seeking an experienced Director of Digital Transformation to drive enterprise wide change across people, processes, and technology.
- This is a senior leadership opportunity for a transformation professional with a strong background in ERP enabled business transformation, digital strategy, and operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
