- Develop and execute the People & Culture strategy in alignment with the organization's vision and business objectives
- Partner with the executive leadership team to provide strategic advice on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Champion a people first culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Lead organization wide transformation and cultural initiatives that support long term growth
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and inclusion
- Create an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle

- Use employee insights and engagement data to drive meaningful improvements
Requirements
- Arabic speaking
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline
- Minimum 12 15 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role (HR Director, Head of HR, or Head of People & Culture)
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale People & Culture strategies within lean, agile organisations
- Strong background in organizational development, culture transformation, employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, and succession planning
- Master's degree is an advantage
- Professional HR certification (CIPD Level 7, SHRM SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) is preferred

Role Overview
- Our client is seeking an experienced and forward thinking HR Director – People & Culture to lead the organisation's people agenda and cultivate a high performing, inclusive, and values driven workplace.
- This is a strategic leadership role for an HR executive who is passionate about building exceptional employee experiences, developing leaders, and fostering a culture where people and business performance thrive together.
- Working closely with the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will shape the people and culture strategy, drive organisational transformation, and position HR as a trusted partner to the business.
The Role

Client Requirements
- Arabic speaking.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage.
