Responsibilities
- Own end to end delivery of assigned workstreams, including project plans, risk registers and decision logs
- Coordinate across multiple concurrent workstreams and facilitate working group meetings
- Prepare Board ready reporting packs and translate operational complexity into clear, actionable summaries
- Maintain a rolling project dashboard with RAG statuses, milestones and open decisions
- Manage partner and stakeholder relationships, tracking commitments and deliverables
- Own the project risk register and drive structured change management
Requirements
- 8 12 years' progressive experience in project or programme management
- Exposure to strategy consulting, professional services or institutional/government environments
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
- Proven track record preparing and presenting to Board level or senior governance audiences
- Outstanding written communication skills; comfortable producing polished, Board ready material independently
- Experience working across multiple functions simultaneously and managing interdependencies
- Comfortable operating in a culturally diverse, fast paced environment
- A degree in a relevant discipline (Master's preferred)
