About the Role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HR software (PayTrax), applicant tracking systems, and office productivity tools
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage
- Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Recruiter cum HR Assistant located in Umm Al Quwain.
- Involves managing end to end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Additional responsibilities include assisting with HR administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, supporting employee engagement activities, and ensuring HR operations align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment tasks, including sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Strong skills in HR administration, including maintaining employee records and supporting payroll processing.
- Ability to execute employee engagement initiatives and plan HR related events.
