Requirements
- Skills in Finance and Accounting with understanding of accounts payable processes
- Skills in Invoice Processing including data entry accuracy and reconciliation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Prior experience in hospitality or similar industry is an advantage

Role Description
- The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for managing the resort’s vendor and supplier payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Day to day tasks include receiving, verifying, and processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining up to date accounts payable records.
- The role also involves coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers to address billing inquiries, support month end closing activities, and assist with financial reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Accounting, with a solid understanding of accounts payable processes and basic financial principles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Invoice Processing, including data entry accuracy, invoice verification, and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with vendors, colleagues, and management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel), attention to detail, and the ability to work with deadlines are beneficial.
- Prior experience in hospitality or a similar industry, and familiarity with UAE accounting and tax practices, is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: AED 2000.00 plus Service allowance (AED 400 500).
- Accommodation, Visa, Medical insurance provided.
