About the Role

Responsibilities
- Handle all government related documentation and approvals
- Process employment visas, labour permits, Emirates ID, and medical applications
- Coordinate with Immigration, MOHRE, Municipality, and other government authorities
- Renew company trade licenses, labour cards, vehicle registrations, and other official documents
- Maintain accurate records of employees and company documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and government regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments to complete documentation efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of UAE experience as a PRO
- Experience in the Hospitality/ Hotels & resorts is preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour and immigration procedures
- Valid UAE driving licence is a MUST
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
