- Source high quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and innovative sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial screening interviews in Arabic and English
- Partner with hiring managers to understand sourcing requirements and target profiles
- Utilize Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS systems
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports
- Engage candidates proactively and build long term relationships
- Stay updated on talent market trends and competitor activity
- Support employer branding initiatives through talent outreach
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment with strong focus on sourcing
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Proven expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt etc.)
- Strong candidate engagement and networking skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview
