- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong experience in sourcing
- Proven hands on experience using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple Arab countries, including the GCC and Syria
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and CV assessment skills
- Ability to identify, engage, and attract qualified talent for a wide range of positions
- Prior experience in GCC or Middle East recruitment is preferred
