Overview

Greet guests with presence and care, offering clear information about available wellness, fitness, and recreational experiences.

Manage bookings for classes, workshops, private sessions, and other wellness offerings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Provide a smooth, welcoming check-in and check-out process, answering inquiries with mindfulness and professionalism.

Help guests align their wellness intentions such as relaxation, fitness focus, or emotional renewal with suitable services and experiences.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of reception areas in both centers.

Coordinate with the Reservations and Wellness Operations teams to ensure balanced scheduling and seamless guest flow.

Support activity setup, room readiness, and guest logistics in collaboration with instructors and wellness practitioners.

Adapt to peak periods, special events, and operational needs with a flexible, guest-focused mindset.

Foster personalized guest relationships with warmth, mindfulness, and attention to detail.

Create a calm and inviting environment that encourages self-connection and exploration.

Collect guest feedback and share it with relevant departments to support ongoing service improvement.

Guide guests toward meaningful experiences that support their personal goals and intentions.

Ensure all operations follow health, safety, and emergency protocols.

Maintain awareness of cultural sensitivities and support an inclusive, respectful, and multicultural space.

Contribute to a peaceful and orderly environment that reflects Miraval s wellness philosophy.

Handle guest transactions including cash, card, and POS payments with accuracy and professionalism.

Complete end-of-day reports, handovers, and daily financial summaries as per resort procedures.

Assist with inventory checks and stock management of wellness and retail items at the reception area.

Monitor and record retail sales, updating systems and communicating stock needs as required.

Actively promote spa and wellness services, personal sessions, and workshops aligned with guest interests.

Upsell retail products used in treatments or classes, offering personalized recommendations.

Contribute to overall revenue and service quality goals by delivering informative and thoughtful suggestions.

Support positive guest satisfaction and review scores through consistent service excellence.

Work closely with the scheduling, spa, and wellness teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Communicate changes, updates, and guest needs across departments in real-time.

Contribute to a team environment of trust, mindfulness, and continuous improvement.
