Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of recreation facilities including pools, fitness centers, and recreational activities
- Ensure facilities are maintained to highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by responding to guest needs and feedback
- Coordinate with Spa, Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other departments to enhance guest engagement and wellness offerings
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise recreation team members
- Prepare departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports while controlling costs and maximizing revenue
- Monitor performance indicators and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, emergency response, and regulatory requirements
- Develop innovative recreation, fitness, and wellness programs aligned with luxury positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Leisure Management, Sports & Recreation, or related field
- 3 5 years of management experience in recreation, wellness, fitness, or luxury hotel operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and operational management
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications preferred

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and operational management.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
