About the Role
Kavak is hiring a Recovery Driver in Dubai to operate towing vehicles and transport cars safely. The role requires a valid UAE Manual 3 ton driving license and 2-3 years of driving experience, preferably in recovery services.

Responsibilities
- Operate recovery or towing vehicles to transport cars and light vehicles safely
- Respond to breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle recovery requests
- Load and secure vehicles properly on the recovery truck to avoid damage during transport
- Deliver recovered vehicles to designated locations such as workshops, Vendor, or customer locations
- Ensure all recovery operations follow road safety and company procedures
- Conduct daily inspection and basic maintenance of the recovery vehicle
- Maintain proper documentation for each recovery task (job sheet, delivery note, etc.)
- Communicate with logistics team regarding job updates and location status
- Provide professional customer service during recovery operations
Requirements
- Valid UAE Manual 3 ton driving license
- Minimum 2 3 years driving experience, preferably in recovery/towing services
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations
- Ability to operate towing equipment and secure vehicles safely
- Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency call outs
