We are looking for a Reconciliation & QC Specialist to join our Operations team.

This is not a finance or accounting role.

This is a high-stakes operational role focused on the quality control of digital assets (codes, vouchers, and secure data payloads).

You will be the ultimate line of defense ensuring that what we purchase matches exactly what we upload, what we deliver to our customers, and what is recorded in our systems.

Job requirements Perform daily, end-to-end reconciliation matching purchase orders against bulk code uploads, customer deliveries, and operational ledger records.

Hunt down variances, missing codes, or duplicate data.

You won't just flag errors; you will investigate why they happened and trace them back to the source.

Run rigorous pre-upload and post-delivery checks to ensure zero faulty or corrupted codes reach our customers.

Keep flawless, organized records of all daily reconciliations and resolved issues, making sure our operational data is always audit-ready.

Collaborate with our engineering and operations teams to automate repetitive checks and plug leaks in our data pipeline.

Job responsibilities You are naturally skeptical, highly meticulous, and persistent.

You don't avoid the variance; you enjoy the hunt of finding it.

You have 2+ years of experience in a role that requires rigorous double-checking, such as AP/AR reconciliation, operational audit, data analysis, or trust & safety/fraud operations.

You live in spreadsheets.

VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables are second nature to you, and you can spot a formatting anomaly from a mile away.

You genuinely enjoy highly repetitive, high-concentration matching work.

You do not rush, and you take pride in absolute accuracy.

When you find an issue, you can clearly document and explain the discrepancy to both internal teams and external partners.
