Role Overview

Commercial Functions

• Lead business development for new enterprise client acquisition across international markets and territory strategy.
• Lead partnerships covering commercial relationships with brands and suppliers, catalogue expansion, exclusivity, and terms negotiation.
• Lead account management for account growth and retention across the existing base.
• Manage three commercial sub-functions, each with its own team lead reporting to the role.

Requirements

• Bring at least 8 years of commercial leadership experience within B2B digital commerce, payments, marketplaces, distribution, or the rewards and incentives sector.
• Have directly owned a revenue number at company or major-division level, not only a single sales team.
• Have led business development and partnerships simultaneously.
• Demonstrate strong command of distribution economics, including margin, volume, mix, exclusivity, and trade-offs.
• Have managed commercial teams of five or more, including team leads.
• Bring international commercial experience across multiple markets.
• Be rigorous with CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting, and able to establish that rigor across a team.
• Be highly focused on numbers and results.
